Braintree Statutory Document Management provides facilities to maintain records about mandatory documentation that is required for compliance with various third party organisations.
Examples include
- Government documentation (Company registrations, tax clearance certificates),
- Standards authorities (ISO, TUV)
- Safety certificates (roadworthy inspections, fire equipment inspections)
- Licences
- Memberships
- Employee skills certification
Records can be linked to any master entity such as a customer, vendor, fixed asset or employee. Each document has an optional expiry date, allowing administrators to track and request updated documentation from relevant parties timeously.
The module also provides facilities to plan and manage employee training and skills certification processes.
